An Exciting Opportunity for ...

To monitor and follow up performance management system for all employee to complete in system based on the timline and check final data before report.    
To summarize the final data of performance results and promotion list of employees and reprot to Line Managers/ Deparment General Managers        
To prepare the necessary documents for appraisal process and provide the documents to line Divisions.        
To prepare training schedule & materials and conduct/ train to all members to be able to understand and smooth appraisal process        
To provide Orientation to new JO members (Local & Foreign Expats)        
To prepare and mornitor the appraisal survey for Management members         
To communitcate with the employees and resolve their queries or  complains  and share knowledge related with Performance management process and policy
To do other related matter with performance management team
Presentation, Communication , Problem Solving and Data Analysis Skills        
Understanding business practices, approaches

Job Requirements

Understanding of  performance managemet and related HR processes- rewards, engagement and talent management 
Bachelor's degree in any field
Must be Diploma in HR and Advance 
Excel Skill
Integrating systems
2+ years of related work experience and Professional qualification in related area is preferrable
