Job Description

  • Establishment and Implementation of a Quality Management System including a Project Quality Plan, Segmental Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, and Methodology.
  • Prepare and develop the Forms, Checklist, Test formats, etc. for QC inspection and train site engineers to apply the forms and checklist. for QC activities.
  • Review of Technical specifications before tendering and finalizing item or materials descriptions. Review of credentials, shop inspection for vendor/Brand approvals for equipment, and finishing materials.
  • Joining Inspection of construction activities including finishing works such as Civil, MEP, and interior to check its conformity with drawings/ specifications, etc.
  • Recording of Observations & Non-Conformance Reports and follow-up for corrective & preventive actions.
  • Managing the handing over procedures to get BCC.
  • Other tasks related to QA/QC for the whole project were required.

Job Requirements

• Required professional qualifications: University degree or higher in Electrical System, Heat, Water Supply and Sewerage; Having an appropriate and practicing design practice certificate.
• Work experience: At least 07 years of experience in related fields, 5 years of experience in the same position.
• Requirements on knowledge and skills:
• Understanding of real estate market and products.
