1. Preparing and handling of full set of financial report (Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Profit & Loss and Statement of Cash Flow as per IFRS)
2. Understanding Taxation of UK & ASEAN and Tax planning
3. Reading the business related contracts, analyzing the risks involved and then report to Manager
4. Analyzing & Diagnosing Financial Performance & Position using Ratio Analysis
5. Assisting Manager in seeking sources of finance especially Bank Financing and preparation of required documents for Bank Financing
6. Dealing with banks (foreign & local) and handling debt management
7. Assisting Manager in Investment appraisal for new projects using investment appraisal techniques such as Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Payback, Accounting Rate of Return, etc for the whole group
8. Actively willing to do ad hoc jobs assigned by Manager (Preferred)
