  • To manage to get high accuracy of monthly and weekly plans 
  • To give in time delivery for all reports without errors
  • To give guideline and support team members to imporve their skill.
  • To manage to reach TR target of issuing payment in 2 working days in normal operation
  • To check to be error free in all the issued Cheque, Domestic wire transfer &Foreign wire transfer
  • To manage  daily Fx deals(Foreign Currency Conversation ), Fixed deposit transactions, to be done properly in Treasury Management System, SAP and ibanking.
  • To manage to get better Treasury Management System implementation by cooperating with Programmers.
  • To manage S&R payments centralization process to be smooth and well organized.
  • To check SAP bank out GL entry aligning with Bank statement weekly basis to support Finance for monthly bank reconciliation process
  • To follow expense plan.
  • Accuracy in checking payment information and processing
  • Well knowledged about accounting procedures and process.
  • Bank relationship and good communication, understaning banking processes
  • Managing, supervising and training staff
  • Understand business processes, approval flows, authorization processes
  • Report preparation, representation and submission
  • Ability to prepare presentation and other materials to explain necessary topic
  • Data analysis skill

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Diploma in Accounting (UK)
  • Diploma in computerized accounting (UK) or equal / higher Education
  • Good in English Four Skills
  • Microsoft Windows and Office. Experience in office ERP or accounting system
  • 3 years experience in Accounting,  Finance, Banking or related field
