Our Property Management Company, Vesta Property Management Company Limited is now looking for high caliber candidates for the Property Manager Position.

Oversees the daily operational of Commercial and Residential premises located in Yankin Township and Alhone Township of Yangon.  We are welcoming an experienced Property Manager, facilities management to oversees all daily operation of the development


  • Accountability for overall operations management including managing tenancy, customer services, cleaning and security.
  • Manage both building management and technical teams to ensure quality of services being delivered to meet service level metrics.
  • Administer and coordinate all property management functions, maintain good relationship with all the stakeholder including the teams, developer, customers, and tenants.
  • Handle effectively all service requests, complaints and contingencies.
  • Responsible for the management of the property during the set working hours, and act as the contact personal to ensure the high quality of services is provided.
  • Review the work with Housekeeping Team, Security services Team, and the Engineering Operations Team to ensure all areas are up to Vesta Standard.
  • Ensure the Customer Services Executives to take care of needs of tenants/ owners and potential tenants at any time to enhance and personalize their experience.
  • Ensure the Customer Services Executives support move-in and move-out process for tenants / owners and handle paper works, deposit, payments and agreements.
  • Comply with corporate policies and to ensure subordinates and services providers receive adequate training to meet with customers’ requirements.
  • Responsible to lead and attend operational meetings.
  • Manage the effective flow of information between stakeholders, tenants, vendors, organizers, and developer through regular meetings, preparing reports, actions registers, presentations, etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in real estate, building management, business administration, or related discipline with management or equivalent;
  • Knowledge of local rules and regulations;
  • Professional accreditations and associations in advantage;
  • Strong sense of responsibilities, good leadership and interpersonal skills;
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience for Grade-A residential, offices and luxury retail related property management;
  • Track record working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, working proactively, sociable and outgoing personality with result-driven and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Positive, high level of professionalism, agile and highly efficient;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Burmese;
  • Candidate with less experience could be considered as Deputy Property Manager
