Provide strong and efficient leadership as well as guidance to all field staff and provide management initiatives to bring effective results
Prepare schedules and replacements according to the needs
Promote quality management and adherence to minimum standards, as to company's values
Assist in other relevant duties as required by the Operations Manager
Coordinate with Head Office operations management for financial issues and ensure the most effective use of resources.
Produce and review weekly and monthly reports and provide feedback and follows-up actions with necessary monitoring

Job Requirements
Medium-advanced computer skills with Microsoft office, emails and the Internet
Autonomous & able to work under pressure in a changing environment
Bachelor degree education supplemented with experience and/or additional education
Minimum 1 to 3 year’s Security Experience in Supervisory level
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Willingness to travel within Mandalay and on some occasions work during weekend
Excellent personal organizational skills, including time management, and ability to work under pressure
