● Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or IT related field.
● At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
● Strong understanding of computer software/hardware and Microsoft Windows operating system.
● Basic Knowledge of computer networking and system engineering.
● Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications
● Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose the software/hardware problems.
● Knowledgeable in common applications i.e. MS Office suite, Outlook Email, Antivirus,Adobe Acrobat etc.
● Prior experience as a help desk support or other customer support role will be an advantage.
● Ability to work during night time when it is required.
● Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms
● Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision
● Bilingual in English and Burmese.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
● Willing to travel around city areas
