Job Description
To manage Cleaning and Security operation and be in charge of communication with External parties relating to Security and General Affair matters under
supervision of Team Manager.
To create Office Security Plan and implement the plan. To monitor vendors' performance on daily basis, and guide them to provide their service properly as per the Contract. To monitor CCTV facility and acquired video data on daily basis. To proceed on-site inspection and make initial report in timely manner if emergency cases occur.Actively seeks opportunities to learn by formal and informal means; learns from others, adopting best practices.
Able to work with flexibility and under pressure and communicate with Ministry offices.Especially Admin Rounder Activities to support the facility maintenance at offices .
Actively listens, shares information, and proposes suggestions and solutions. Consult with managers together his view. To professionally handle sensitive and confidential information.

Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree, Computer Skill.
Analytical Ability, Data Analysis, Problem Solving.
A high communication skills in terms of Myanmar and English language and speaking/writing.
At Least 5 years and above of working experience including security activities
