Job Description

  1. Running and testing the existing and new mobile and internet banking features.
  2. Developing test data, test cases and prioritising test activities for new features, functions and bug fixed.
  3. Coordinating with the development and project management teams to develop effective test plans and strategies.
  4. Incident management & problem management for retail banking.
  5. Manage reconciliation, settlement & backend operations for the third parties’ transactions.
  6. Ensure delivery of products and services to complete within agreed-upon timeframes.
  7. Research and resolve client issues related to digital channels on time.
  8. Supports projects as assigned by the digital channels management team.
  9. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. Minimum two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  4. Working knowledge of software programming languages.
  5. Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  6. Good oral and written communication skills in English or Myanmar language.
  7. Effective time management and strong critical thinking.
  8. Ability to solve complex problems.
