Digital Brand Executive
• Plan and carry out marketing and promotional activities for the brand
• Assist the Brand Manager in laying out the local brand strategies
• Work closely with sales team and/or product executive for execution of marketing activities and trade display
• Work with overseas counterparts to ensure alignment of brand objectives
• Manage and execute events and workshops
• Plan, conceptualize and develop new product launches
• Prepare editorial copy for all marketing and internal communications materials such as company newsletters, career fair and recruitment materials, sales brochures, press releases, case studies, articles and commentary
• Measure the impact of media programs; analyze, review and report on effectiveness of our company’s media campaigns

SOCIAL MEDIA
• Support and/or manage media communication, advertising and campaign/promotion on both offline and online (social media, Facebook, instagram)
• Manage brand presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter and other relevant blogs, sites, ecommerce and forums
• Monitor social media for conversations and trends related to company brand and feedback insights to the Regional to align overall business strategy
• Measure the impact of social media programs; analyze, review and report on effectiveness of our company’s social media campaigns

CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Handle all the Business to Consumer
• Plan, manage and execute Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Program
• Responsible for prompt and effective call resolution to all questions and issues raised by customers.
• Provide customers’ after-sale service on their queries of the products

Job Requirements

Desired Skills and Expertise

Min. Bachelor degree with Marketing and/or Digital trained preferred
• At least 5  years experience in marketing/brand management
• Preferably a Doctor or Nutritionist
• Proficient in written & oral communications skills in English (to liaise with associates/counterparts)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
