Job Description

  1. Productivity - Implement plan and control customer interactions within Facebook comment, private message , email and all digital channel  with correct information and polite manner.
  2. Daily coaching/briefing or when required on agents with low productivity and low score in customer satisfaction and QA
  3. Shift management, implement proper shift handover, agent monitoring and maintain good record of daily shift
  4. Successful execution of additional customer interaction through all digital channel /email channels such as upselling initiatives, and surveys
  5. Effective execution of customers’ request by working with relevant teams for swift and accurate resolutions.
