1- Lead the digital team to provide the utmost level of client service
• Manage and mentor the team ensuring all team members are delegated work appropriate for their level and experience, that the team remains challenged as well as engaged and maximise individuals’s growth
• Set up goals and objectives for the team
• Read reports of the team and communicates overall quarterly/annual progress to senior management and members of the board
• Work closely with the team to optimise any revenue opportunities within the agency at large
• Acts as a positive role model through example
2- Liaise with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis
• Establish and grow a strong relationship with multiple senior client stakeholders through a demonstration of industry knowledge and of the application to business challenges,
• Promote the expansion of business with existing clients by understanding their customer’s requirements and needs to offer them suitable solutions
• Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust
• Work with other senior managers to generate new digital accounts
• Ensure the projects completion to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
• Manage all aspects of the client business providing superior customer service while maximising business opportunities,
• Actively incorporate tools into client planning process/lead workshops in Facilitator role,
• Any other duties as may be reasonably required
3- Be responsible for meeting business KPI’s and development of business plans
• Conduct performance evaluation using key metrics
• Proactively keep abreast of industry trends and share knowledge with team
• Using skills and knowledge to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically
• Steward relationship with outside agency partners
• Work with analytic partners to gauge media performance and KPI’s to determine the extent to which the original objectives and strategies were met
