An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Overall Responsibility

•Coordinate with digital and traditional agencies for annual /quarter/monthly plan development and build culture monthly review and analysis
•Briefing to digital and traditional agencies and help close the media plan, and propose to Marketing Team for approval
•Ensure the media promotion effectiveness with ROI (return on investment) approach
•Help conceptualize and leverage the offline brand activations on digital as per requirement
•Help marketing team to build annual media promotion plan as per calendar opportunities like Thadingyut, Thingyan, Hepatitis day, Mother’s day, Women’s day etc
•Partner in managing brand media budgets with marketing team

Key Areas of Accountability

•Meet the brands media objective/KPI through effective utilization of media budgets proposed by brands
•Managing and briefing the campaigns to traditional media agencies and digital agencies and ensure on time execution of the campaigns
•Build ROI based approach, analyze campaign KPI, post campaign analysis and build way forward for improvisation
•Partner in knowledge sharing with stake holders about global and Myanmar trends.

Job Requirements

•University Graduate preferably in communication/ Media related
•Working with media agency is preferable
•3-5 years of work experience as a Media Manager/Planner as managing traditional media and digital media
•Understanding on the consumer target audience segmentation
•Collaborative approach, Interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Experience developing annual media strategies and effective media plans for brands. and exposure post campaign evaluation.
