The Digital Product Associate have to involve in the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with other business functions and support to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the operation issues that escalated from respective internal and external Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT or related field
• At least 2 year’s experience in ecommerce platform or product development
• Strong planning and good analytical thinking, presentation and co-ordination skills
• Need to understand pain points from internal team and customers
• Great passion for product development and interest in technology, Analytics and online market trends
• Gather customer needs through research and market data

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 2+ years related experience required
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision making skills with ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative business relationships
• High working flexibility to drive the team goals
• Proven ability to negotiate and apply skills to customer engagement
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination
• Deep understanding of ecommerce customer needs, Seller success activities
• Ability to think both tactically and strategically moving through both fluidly
• Fluent English language (Chinese language preferred)
