This role will be dedicated to KBZPay and will work with the Developer, the Tech team and the Marketing teams from other VC and Functions.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, digital product development and data-driven optimization of a customer experience. They will be excited by working in a fast-paced, start-up environment and in developing new digital solutions to bring more functionality to the KBZPay app. They will be pro-active and confident about identifying issues and presenting solutions. They should be able to work independently as well as in a team.

 

The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and about financial services, with a strong knowledge of apps, mobile technology, e-commerce and digital communications.

 

The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for developing new partnerships, new app features, and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all KBZPay digital properties (iOS, Android, customer and partner apps and the website).

 

The Digital Product Manager will act as a gatekeeper of all the functions and features coming into the app; looking at UI/UX, flow and languages all from the customer point of view.

  • Manage analytics data to understand consumer behaviours and make recommendations of how to optimise the experience.
  • Manage version releases of both customer and partner apps through planning, development, UAT and release.
  • Present data-driven insights from the app to Marketing teams to develop Digital Marketing campaigns to address areas of opportunity.
  • Gather feedback from sales, merchant and agent stakeholders and use this to improve the digital products.
  • Initiate conversations with potential partners for KBZPay; e-commerce, digital products, integrated solutions.
  • Present regular reports to GM of KBZPay (and KBZ Leadership) on progress of KBZPay development and growth, and areas of opportunity.
  • Ensure design, content and features are all optimised to deliver the best user experience.

Job Requirements

  • Experience working with Digital Products such as e-commerce sites or app development.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects at the same time.
  • Detailed knowledge of google analytics
  • Sense of UI/UX and customer flow
  • Strong dual language skills (Burmese & English)
