Job Description

  • Providing the necessary support on Service development, Service operation, service platform building, operation management, vendor/partner selection, and such other areas or issues that may be requested by the Company from time to time, in relation to Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management activities of the Company.
  • Providing the necessary support on minimizing revenue loss, fraudulent activities in order to maximize the Company revenue.
  • Collaborating with management, departments and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications
  • Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals.
  • Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports.
  • Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
  • Testing and deploying programs and applications
  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
  • Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing products
  • Conducting risk assessments for projects
  • Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
  • Actively participating in discussions, attending meetings (both internal, external and with the relevant Myanmar Government authorities or other stakeholders), negotiations (with relevant Third Parties, or other operators and stakeholders), international bench-marking and collateral development (internal/external presentations).

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in mobile application development
  • Advanced computer and application skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems.
  • Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion.
  • Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills.
