Job purpose:
This role will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction especially for B2B. The goal is to meet and surpass our department’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth by training the team members who driving for higher acquisitions of our products.

Job Description:

 Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales
 Working out monthly/yearly sales and revenue targets as set by the HOD
 Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
 Following up with old and existing customers for cross selling or up selling the products
 Understand the needs of the customers by researching the market and related products
 Train the team members to present the product in a structured professional way face-to-face
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
 Act as a contact between KBZ and its existing and potential markets
 Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
 Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

Job Requirements

 Minimum 3 years proven working experience in a relevant role
 Strong education background with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing field
 Excellent communication skills
 Showcase good written and oral communication skills in Myanmar and English
 Self-motivated with result driven approach
 Excellent knowledge of MS Office
 Thorough understanding for Sales and negotiating techniques
 Fast learner and passion for sales
 Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
 Negotiate on price, costs and specifications with clients and product managers
 Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
 Train team members and share best practice with colleagues
