This role will be responsible for exploring and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction especially for B2B. The goal is to meet and surpass our department’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth by training the team members who driving for higher acquisitions of our products.

  • Effectively executes the Value Centre’s business plans for structuring highly relevant and innovative financial solutions to deepen account adoption and to reach more customers at lower cost, in line with the overall bank’s strategy of driving nation-wide financial inclusion
  • Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales
  • To achieve  monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and revenue targets as set by the HOD
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
  • Following up with old and existing  customers for  cross selling or up selling  the Digital Products
  • Understand the needs of the customers by researching  the market and related products
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Act as a contact between KBZ  and its existing and potential markets
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Train team members  and share best practice with colleagues
  • To negotiate on price, costs and specifications with clients and product managers
  • To carry out any other duties or special project which may be assigned to you from time to time by supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • Obtain Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills in Myanmar and English
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Self-motivated with result driven approach
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Minimum 3 years proven working experience in sale or a relevant area
