The Solution Specialist is responsible for solution delivery for Mobile Banking and related products and services.

  • Map business requirements by interacting with both business and IT teams.
  • Analyse applications to be enhanced for particular business requirements.
  • Efficiently delivering of app outcomes by effective facilitation, overseeing technical reporting and monitoring.
  • Troubleshooting/resolving mobile banking issues by working with IT team.
  • To prepare test case, testing report and user guide, BRD (Business Requirement Document) and SOP of products. 
  • Providing guidance to support staff on software development and maintenance.
  • Able to interact with team members and other stakeholders while working on the VC’s initiatives and products.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education and related experience
  • One or two years of experience in system support functions.
  • Display a high-level of ownership and superior work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Has knowledge on banking, digital services and software applications.
  • Strong technical comprehension skill.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
  • Excellent communication skill and presentation skill (English verbal and written)
