- In charge of Direct Dealers within designated state and region- Responsible of hitting the Month/Quarter sales and revenue target- Hitting the region’s target market share performance- Manage all partners conflicts and complain with respective department(As day to day operation, system issues, incentive payout, etc..)- Manage and supporting together with regional team member forterritory management and Area executive management- Ensuring expansion plan is carried in accordance to plan timeline

- Ability to use of Microsoft office suit- Strong in managing KPIs and sales organization- Prefer good communication and writing skills in English
