Job Description

● Direct analysis of account aging, determine overdue customer accounts and directs collection of all account receivables
● Develop, implement, and monitor department productivity standards
● Formulate and implement operating policy, processes, standards, and procedures relating to revenue adjustments to customers
● Develop and analyze management reports such as analysis of bad debt and conditions of reserves, activities report, and analysis and comparison of account receivables
● Approve terms of settlement involving delinquent accounts when situations deviate from established parameters
● Research and resolve customer problems and complaints on billing and accounting issues. Ensure appropriate corrective action is implemented
● Manage workload in a dynamic and fast paced environment
● Provide reporting for management as required.
● Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance is preferred.
● Minimum of 7 years of accounts receivable and collection experience.
● 5 years' experience as a people manager/supervisor, and with project management and process improvement.
● Must be highly organized and possess excellent communication skills
● Strong customer service/team attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
● Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks (adapting to change where necessary) in a fast-paced environment
