Reports ToThe distribution Assistant Manager will report to the Distribution Manager.Job OverviewInvolved in transportation, stock control, warehousing, monitoring the flow of goods, and Ensuring the right products are delivered to the right location on the time and at a good cost.Responsibilities and Duties- Collaborate with manager to make, Plan and Schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.- Manage the cash collection process.- Timely delivery to the customer- Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.- Manage stocks are in good quality and saleable condition.- Monitoring Stock- Monitor team performances and provide feedback for improvements.- Develop distribution budgets and manage expenses within the budgets.- Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productively and quality- Developing and confirming schedules.- Coordinating drivers, vehicles, loads, and journeys.

Job Requirements
Qualifications- University graduate- 5 years of relevant experience would be an advantage.- Can work under pressureLanguage Skills and Other Skills- Reasonable knowledge of English and Computer Skills- Good knowledge and skills in delivery performance- Communications skills and flexibilityCertificates, Licenses, Registrations- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet & Email
