Job Description

We are looking for Dealer Management System application support who can work closely with business users and Group Technology team. We seek candidates with both business skills and technical IT knowledge, and demands an ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation, support and maintenance in relationship to the company’s IT system Kerridge Autoline.
- Responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across business
- Managing ticketed query system and resolutions is kept up to date
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
- Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
- Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems
- Developing reports for teams across the business
- Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required

Job Requirements

One or more university qualifications in IT, Computing Studies, Information Systems and Business Administration or other formal training to be eligible for the role:
- ERP support/implementation experience
- Possessing experience and knowledge on Kerridge Autoline application is a plus
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Listening ability, patience and critical thinking skills
- Customer service and relationship management experience
- Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
- Understand Finance and accounting nature
- Must have at least one year in related background
