Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Mainly in charge of document controlling of related works

- Collect, scan and upload documents following set procedures

- Ensure all technical documents such as reports, drawings and blueprints collected and input in system

- Notify personnel of updated document versions and how to access them

- Manage and preserve all documents related to projects for any case

- Make documents for construction works with seniors and consulting companies when required

- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

- Must have working experience as Document Controller or Admin in foreign construction company

- Must have over 3 years experience in makeing Documents, Letters and Reports in English

- Must be business level in English language.
