  • File documents in physical and digital records.
  • Create and update templates for requirements by internal related teams.
  • Retrieve file as requested by necessary.
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication phone and e-mail.

Requirements

  • Must have work experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
  • Any Graduate with 2-3 years experience.
  • Must be used to Auto-Cad.
  • Hands-on experience with MS office and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
  • Procificient typing and editing skills.
  • Data organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
