This role is responsible for overall business development support to KBZPay Operations Function by analysing and evaluating the current business processes a company has and identifying areas of improvement to run the operation smoothly.

• Creating a detailed busines analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
• Accountable for the maintainence and updation of existing BRDs & SOPs, and the development and creations of new ones by meeting timelines as per business requirements.
• Act as the supportive source of knowledge for all processes, internal policy documents and support the training to operational team.
• Providing clear-cut directions and instructions to team members within an organization about completing certain processes and stay on track to ensure compliance.
• Track all SOPs from creation to implementation including sending reminders for SOPs about to requiring review or about to expire.
• Describing the business solution for a project (i.e., what a new or updated product should do), including the user’s needs and expectations, the purpose behing this solution, and any high-level constraints that could impact a successful deployment.
• Knowing the scope of the project.
• Expressing ideas through text according to a set of specifications or a particular style.
• Researching subject, proofreading drafts and writing project based on feedback.
• Responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organization, from the initial ideation through to completion.
• Coordinating people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities and Effectiveness Contribution

• Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business or related field
• Understanding the Business Objective
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Must understand application, platforms, technical correlation
• Demonstrated skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Visio and other process flowchart tools/software to develop process flowcharts.
• Ability to analyse and solve problems quickly
