Job Description

• Conduct and coordinate with duty engineers and M&E Technicians to carry out the daily routine, to conduct the cleaning programs or to solve the any emergency case or break down which can disturb the property operation.
• Keep the stability and operational of the property in general and Engineering in specially.
• Responsible for repair and maintain of all electrical equipment and minor installations.
• Complete jobs as per job request for the Corrective Maintenance.
• Ensure maintenance and corrective works are finished on given time.
• Execute and monitor the plan preventive maintenance program and predictive Maintenance program.
• Ensure trade related systems are working properly.
• Assist in all general works of the department as required.
• Demonstrate Awareness of HSE policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within guidelines.
• Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.
• Maintain the property in your qualified trade to the desired standard.
• Shift and quality inspection to be done on routine basis.
• Demonstrate flexibility in changing the work schedule in light of department priorities.
• Carry walkie talkie, communicate and respond to requests from departments regarding minor maintenance issues throughout the day.
• Must report, response and take action on situation on site as per SOP.
• Log and report all accidents, dangerous occurrences, or hazards, no matter how minor, to the superior or Heads of Department.
• Must able to stand by on 24/7 on duty days and must response accordingly.
• Carry out any minor repairs and find the root cause of the issues occurs.
• Carry out energy saving plan, initiate improvement project works.
• Do any ad-hoc duty assignments as per organization needs.

Education 

-Degree preferably with graduated in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic

Experiences

-More than 8 years experiences in high-rise buildings

Knolwedge

-Strong HSE knowledge

-Building, construction, rules, regualations and standard codes

-Strong knowleedge of building management system

-Electrical / Mechanical/ ELV
