>Cooperation with Internal/external team (OSD , IT, Vendor, LSP and Regional Team) when create new products and services.

  •  Network KPI(Cell Availability) Report
  •  Operational Reports
  •  Database Management

>Support for Database Management such as RAN Database , Power System database , facility system database ,OSP database

>Detail analysis for Reason For Outage  and Root Cause Analysis of Network Issues. 

>Review and create SOP developed by Own(Internal) and other (Vendor)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Drgree or Diploma in  Technology or Computer is required
  • English 4 skills (Pre-Inter)
  • Advanced level of Excel , Word , Power Point prensentation
  • Analysing on issues
  • Integrated System
  • Familiar with OSS platform of  Mobile network such as U2000, NetEco , Netneumen , PRS , ACROSS(TTS) , UT Tracker
