>Cooperation with Internal/external team (OSD , IT, Vendor, LSP and Regional Team) when create new products and services.

Network KPI(Cell Availability) Report
Operational Reports
Database Management

>Support for Database Management such as RAN Database , Power System database , facility system database ,OSP database

>Detail analysis for Reason For Outage and Root Cause Analysis of Network Issues.

>Review and create SOP developed by Own(Internal) and other (Vendor)
