• Maintain high value customers of MPT by reducing churn rate           
• Maintain and build relationship with cross departments within JO to operate joint promotions in timely manner
• To initiate unified promotion quarterly based on CLP strategy and its execution plan               
• To prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance
• To oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects. 
• To initiate the plan to hear customer voice quarterly by utilizing customer engagement platform        
• Able to maintain the highest levels of personal and professional behavior in the work place

• Certificate in Business Management
• verbal and written communication skills both in Myanmar and in English
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
• Sound knowledge on content writing, Graphic Design and Social Media Campaign
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Above 3 years experience in Digital business platform (+ project management)
• Prefer candidates who experienced developing plans for promotions
