Title: Deputy Manager/Operations Manager For CLP Promotion Department -Strategy and Promotion Team (Finance Related)

  • Maintain high value customers of MPT by reducing churn rate           
  • Review & Analyze monthly financial statement, forecast, budgets and cash flow and report with comments         
  • To manage on budget, contract, HR, internal policies, training arrangements etc without compliance issues         
  • Ensure all operation cost are under control           
  • Understand ERP transformations         
  • To initiate unified promotion quarterly based on CLP strategy and its execution plan               
  • Perform annual financial statement, coordinate with auditor, external audit  
  • Able to maintain the highest levels of personal and professional behavior in the work place
  • Producing monthly financial reports related to budget, forecast ,expenses, annual financial statements, etc.
  • Understanding Financial analysis
  • Critical-thinking skills
  • Resourceful and creative problem-solver
  • Ability to multi-task, and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships

Job Requirements

  • Certificate in Business Management
  • Computer literacy for reports, results and details of customer interaction
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and control procedure
  • Exposure to financial system such as SAP/ERP
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Above 3 years experience in financial related field (+HR management for non-HR)
  • Prefer candidates who experienced government/non-government organization culture
