  • Understand of integration technologies such as APIs, VPN and client/server systems
  • Windows and Linux Server Deployments
  • Change Control and Incident Management
  • Troubleshooting and Out of Hours Issue Resolution
  • Reporting of Status to Senior Management and Presentation of Progress
  • Discussions with external and in-house teams for requirements, issues and priorities
  • Team Management of technical staff

  • Software development architecture and delivery (4 years)
  • Systems Administration and Change Management (4 years)
  • Management of production systems and Teams involved in Level 1 and 2 Support (3 years)
  • Transaction, Billing and Settlement Financial Systems (2 years)
  • A Computer Science or related Batchelor’s Degree from an accredited university or similar higher-educational organisation
  • Project Management frameworks such as PRINCE2, PMP and Agile are an advantage
