Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Make appointment and visit eCom customers sites and deploy ESS tool in regular basis and teach them the usage of ESS tools a per monthly action plan
  • Visit eCom customer sites to deploy ESS tools based the requests from Sales, CS and other departments
  • Attend eCom customers call in order to support them to operate ESS tools in right way
  • Attend eCom customers calls daily for canceling shipments AWBs as they are wrongly transmitted to DHL system
  • Attend eCom customers’ calls daily for canceling shipments AWBs due to they use to postpone/ cancel the shipment sending out.
  • Attend customers call for identifying error due to return mail is sent back to user from DHL system by liaising/ticket opening with ITS eCom Support.
  • Analyze the manual shipment report daily or weekly basis
  • Followup call and visits to the customers those not using or partially using ESS tools even they were installed before.
  • Selling, coaching and installing ESS tools to the customers those shipment volume are lower via phone which is not justifiable for physical visit
  • Drill down Ontime Shipment and Error Free report daily/weekly basis and take necessary action for the rectification.
  • Installation, upgrade and update of ESD of Easyship sites those are located at our services centers/front counters
  • Attend ESS tools related concalls initiated by regional/global ESS communities in order to provide support to customers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Female with pleasant personality
  • Having good stamina while in under pressure
  • Good written and verbal communication in English
  • Willing to communicate customers over phone to deploy eCommerce Tools
  • Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office specially in Excel
  • Must have analytical mentality, ability to generate reports via corporate tools & analyze accordingly
  • Good computer literacy on various software / tools
