To monitor/ improve the performance and operations matrices for 3rd Party marketplace by data analysis and process improvement

  • Create new SOPs for 3P Marketplace
  • Solve everyday problems for merchants
  • Monitor key performance indicators for merchants
  • Working with other teams for the overall improvement of the platform and individual merchants
  • Use data for process and performance improvement
  • Well versed with technology and contribute actively in implementing new 3P features on the E-Commerce platform
  • Any additional duties which may occasionally arise

Job Requirements

 

  • Language skills – Burmese and English
  • Knowledge of 3P Marketplace will be very beneficial
  • A degree in Economics, Management or Technology
  • MS Office skills – MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive and good problem-solving skills
  • Team work
