  • Identify and respond to the needs of students and parents and try to understand their problems and develop a solution using education theory for potential
  • Present your ideas and solutions in an effective way
  • Use, develop and support assistive plan to school/teachers/students
  • Work effectively with teachers, education leaders and learning organizations
  • Work to a professional code of conduct and ethics and remain impartial.
  • Build trust and develop long term relationships
  • Monitor students progress and provide excellent follow up service to students
  • Show dedication to ensuring students reach their educational goals

You will also often need to:

  • Coordinate and organize or facilitate events and workshops
  • assist to develop teaching and learning materials
  • assist to create new teaching and assessment strategies, working methods, and education and career plans

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree prefer education field
  • Minimum 3 year experience in education consultant/sales/marketing/Admission/ Student Affair
  • Caring, Polite, Respect to Internal/External people
  • Good telephone skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined and results-oriented
  • Able to work under pressure to meet targets
  • Excellent customer service Skills
  • Can work weekend, overtime
