-  Achieve the sales target as set by the CEO
- Ensure all KPIs are met that concern Sales, Student support and care
- Manage your diary ensuring that all necessary phone calls and appointments are carried out on time
- Provide reports relating to your activity and sales progress to CEO and Senior Staff
- Update the sales customer relationship management system in and accurate and reliable manner to ensure good contact management
- Deal with any issues or problems that may arise and ensure these are addressed to student’s satisfaction
- Keeping abreast of all new products or changes related to the courses. Attending any training sessions assigned to you as part of your learning and development
- Responsible for the overall look and feel of the Centre ensuring it is warm, welcoming, tidy and clean
- Identify key areas for improvement and implement the necessary changes
- Monitor student satisfaction levels and address issues before they become problems
- Provide timely and accurate reports to Senior Staff
- Identify the need of student and build productive long lasting relationships
- Maintain and expand sales & customer database within assigned territory

- Understanding of core sales principles: sales pipeline, forecasts, planning and techniques
- Understanding of sales experience within education sector is preferable but not a must
- Background within service sector is advantageous
- Service orientated
- 2+ years sales experience
- Fluency in written and spoken Myanmar and English
- Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
