Job Summary:

Collect information from customer, discuss for technical requirements, collect require material price from supplier, prepare drawing and price quotation, monitor quotation status, monitor production status.

Job Description:

• Received information from Marketing ways, Sales Units and Customers by Phone or by personal.
• Checking the requirement of customer needs and discuss or negotiate unclear points by phone or by personal with customer or information sources.
• Inquire necessary material with warehouse and supplier for stock and updated price.
• Prepare necessary documents to give quotation, such as price quotation, proposal drawing and discuss with planning and production department before sending to customer.
• Follow up quotation status with respective person to get updated information.
• After received Purchase Order, discuss with planning to get actual stock and negotiate with customer if any alteration.
• After confirm Order, BOM and Approval Drawing, sent to planning and monitor until delivered.
• Must do Overtime work if necessary.
• Must go onsite survey if require.
• Working the required work tasks of FM/DyFM.

• AGTI  (Electrical Power) or  B.E ( Electrical Power ), Certificate of AutoCAD 2D,3D Course,  Certificate of  Microsoft Office Course, Certificate of M&E Course, MS Office (Words, Excel, Power Point), Email & Internet search,  Adobe Photoshop.
• Minimum (3) Years of experience in Switchgear Panel Quotation ( If skillful in require field, Year of experience will be consider )
• English 4 skill (Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking) are required.
• Electrical Panel Wiring installation
• Must have good performance, communication, coordination and cooperation skill
