• Review existing engineering data and study reports of the Project, recommend modifications, adjustments or updating and prepare updated project program and cost estimate
• Carry out all the required engineering surveys and investigations of O/H and Underground distribution lines for detailed design of multitransformer system
• Assist the detailed design and cost estimation of multitransformer system with YESC
• Prepare the bidding documents of works of multitransformer system
• Assist in bid procedure and including attend prebid conference, reply bidder’s inquiries and issue addenda to bidding documents, evaluate the bids received, prepare evaluation report and select responsible bidders, assist in contract negotiation, recommend award of contract, and prepare contract agreement
• Technical transfer of necessary knowledge for introduction of the multitransformer system
• Prepare documents and reports as required
• Also implements the following tasks;

1. Check the delivered materials for construction of multi-transformer system
2. Supervise construction work of multi-transformer system and advice the contractor to meet the specifications
3. Review the safety plans submitted by contractor from the viewpoint of securing the safety during installation work
4. Assist technical transfer

• Bachelor’s degree in related field of study (Electrical)

• Minimum 10 years of experiences

• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

• Able to work with a team.
