Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  1. Receive the sop from the development department in china
  2. Review the product and confirm with the engineers in china his understanding for the product construction
  3. Make pre-production sample and test it
  4. Draft process flow to the assembly line and quality check points
  5. Assign operations to the operators for mass production
  6. Control the production quality
  7. Alert the china developments department for all quality related issues
  8. In charge of all  the admin and hr issues of all the operators in the assembly line

Job Requirements

Electro-mechanical assembly background

  1. Knowledge and experience in manual welding/soldering
  2. Ability to read assembly drawings, Work Instructions, Quality Procedures, Test Procedures and other documentation/procedures
  3. Ability to work / follow verbal instructions
  4. Ability to define problems, collect data , and create clear reports
  5. Ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise – know when to get others involved to get issue resolved
  6. Design Quality check points in the assembly line , create sop for workmanship and accuracy
  7. Must be able to utilize and operate general electronic test equipment

Advantage to:

  1. Experience in the processes involved in assembly and test of printed wiring assemblies and complex assemblies
  2. Good English
  3. Management experience

      4.Experience for international company
