Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Checking the drawings and specifications of site works.
  • Report to Construction Manager and Project Manager about any site issues, progress, man-power, procedure, specification, etc….
  • Managing the Contractor's Site works.
  • Attending the necessary meetings and following up the subjected site matters highlighted.
  • Checking the daily site works to ensure that schedule works are done.
  • Co-ordination of Contractor's site works and other related works.
  • Recording and monitoring of site works, man-power and materials.
  • Preparation of Daily report and other necessary reports in time.
  • Working together with Safety, QC, Structure and other staffs to ensure the site is safe and progressive.
  • Communicating with MEP, QC and Contractors to make sure right information is provided in the team.
  • Conduct in-house design calculation and drawings.
  • Providing the updated drawings to the Contractors.
  • Follow-up and chase the Contractors for the rectification works as per time to time requirement.

Job Requirements

  • B.E (Electrical) or other equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 year experience in related field.
  • Good English Communication skills of written and verbal.
  • Able to use computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Email & Internet), AutoCAD, Microsoft Project.
  • Able to calculate electrical design HT and LT.
