1. Responsible to perform troubleshooting and repairing to the Maker and Packers' electrical issues and breakdowns with good understanding of electrical reparing equipment, circuit drawings, PLC control systems and technical manuals.
2. Responsible to follow the brand change procedures by ensuring all the electrical components are in place, brand parameters are accurate and active on the machine according to the product specifications.
3. Responsible to perform dismentling and assembling of electrical components and motors.
4. Responsible to order the spare part with "zero" mistake and follow up properly until the part is replaced on the machine.
5. Responsible to ensure, Maker and Packer machines are operating at nominal speed & efficiency and delivering finish goods in good quality, low reject and low cost.
6. Proactively check the machine sensors' performance and perform replacements based on the machine condition.
7. Responsible to fulfil yearly set KPIs related to EEHS,  Manufacturing, Production, Engineering and Quality. Example of the KPIs are - OEE, beetle count, quality rating, reject ratio, technical efficiency and Zero Out of Stock, etc.
8. Responsible to perform electrical equipment installation on the Make Pack machines without impacting to product quality and efficiency.
9. Responsible to perform machine electrical paramater setting and ensure the machine is running at nominal speed and at the speed approved by the management without impacting to product quality.
10. Performing, complete and guide the lower rank colleagues by leading in IICI deep cleaning activities in set timelines.
11. Perform and complete preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, conversions and improvement projects in set timelines.
12. Assists in the implementation of EEHS related projects/activities related to machine and equipment by ensuring required works are being performed according to JTI standards, specifications and meeting local regulation and requirements.
13. Assists in the implementation of suggestions related to machine and equipment with impacting to product quality and machine efficiency.
14. Understand and drive the technical efficiencies and share the technical information among the teams and follow up until the issue is rectified.

2. လျှပ်စစ်အစိတ်အပိုင်းများအားလုံးကို နေရာချထားကြောင်း သေချာစေခြင်းဖြင့် အမှတ်တံဆိပ်ပြောင်းလဲမှုလုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများကို လိုက်နာရန် တာဝန်ရှိပြီး၊ အမှတ်တံဆိပ်ပါရာမီတာများသည် ထုတ်ကုန်သတ်မှတ်ချက်များနှင့်အညီ လျှပ်စစ်အစိတ်အပိုင်းများနှင့် မော်တာများကို ဖျက်သိမ်းခြင်းနှင့် တပ်ဆင်ခြင်းများကို တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။ ထုတ်လုပ်သူနှင့် Packer စက်များသည် အမြန်နှုန်းနှင့် လည်ပတ်နေပြီး အရည်အသွေးကောင်း၊ ငြင်းပယ်မှုနှင့် ကုန်ကျစရိတ်သက်သာသော ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများကို အပြီးသတ်ပေးပို့ရန် တာဝန်ရှိကြောင်း သေချာစေရန် တာဝန်ရှိပါသည်။ စက်အာရုံခံကိရိယာများ၏ စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်ကို တက်ကြွစွာစစ်ဆေးပြီး စက်အခြေအနေပေါ်မူတည်၍ အစားထိုးလဲလှယ်မှုများ လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။
3.  EEHS၊ ထုတ်လုပ်မှု၊ ထုတ်လုပ်မှု၊ အင်ဂျင်နီယာနှင့် အရည်အသွေးတို့နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သည့် နှစ်စဉ်သတ်မှတ် KPIs များကို ဖြည့်ဆည်းရန် တာဝန်ရှိသည်။ KPIs များ၏ ဥပမာများမှာ - OEE၊ beetle count, quality rating, reject ratio, technical efficiency and Zero Out of Stock စသည်တို့ဖြစ်သည်။ ထုတ်ကုန်အရည်အသွေးနှင့် ထိရောက်မှုတို့ကို မထိခိုက်စေဘဲ Make Pack စက်များတွင် လျှပ်စစ်ပစ္စည်းများ တပ်ဆင်ခြင်းအား တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။ စက်၏လျှပ်စစ်ပါရာမာတာဆက်တင်ကိုလုပ်ဆောင်ရန်တာဝန်ရှိပြီး စက်သည် ထုတ်ကုန်အရည်အသွေးကိုမထိခိုက်စေဘဲ စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုမှခွင့်ပြုထားသောအမည်ခံအမြန်နှုန်းနှင့် လည်ပတ်နေသည့်အမြန်နှုန်းဖြင့်သေချာစေရန်တာဝန်ယူရပါသည်။
4. သတ်မှတ်အချိန်ဇယားတွင် IICI နက်ရှိုင်းသောသန့်ရှင်းရေးလုပ်ဆောင်မှုများကို ဦးဆောင်ခြင်းဖြင့် အောက်ခြေအဆင့်လုပ်ဖော်ကိုင်ဖက်များကို လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း၊ ပြီးမြောက်စေပြီး လမ်းညွှန်ပါ။ ကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်ထိန်းသိမ်းမှု၊ ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းမှု၊ ပြောင်းလဲမှုများနှင့် တိုးတက်မှုပရောဂျက်များကို သတ်မှတ်အချိန်ဇယားအတိုင်း လုပ်ဆောင်ပြီး ပြီးမြောက်အောင်လုပ်ပါ။ လိုအပ်သောလုပ်ငန်းများကို JTI စံနှုန်းများ၊ သတ်မှတ်ချက်များနှင့် ဒေသဆိုင်ရာ စည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်းများနှင့် လိုအပ်ချက်များနှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိကြောင်း သေချာစေခြင်းဖြင့် EEHS ဆက်စပ်ပရောဂျက်များ/လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရာတွင် ကူညီပေးပါသည်။ ထုတ်ကုန်အရည်အသွေးနှင့် စက်၏ထိရောက်မှုအပေါ် သက်ရောက်မှုရှိသော စက်နှင့်စက်ပစ္စည်းဆိုင်ရာ အကြံပြုချက်များကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရာတွင် ကူညီပေးသည်။ နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ ထိရောက်မှုကို နားလည်ပြီး တွန်းအားပေးကာ အဖွဲ့များအကြား နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ အချက်အလက်များကို မျှဝေကာ ပြဿနာကို ပြေလည်သည်အထိ ဆက်လက်လုပ်ဆောင်ရပါမည်။

English Version

- Degree or its equivalent in Engineering (Electrical Power)

- Preferably minimum 3-4 years working experience in Production with Semi-Auto Machineries as Electrical Technician (or) working experience in MJT by fulfilling all Junior Electrician Grade 1's JDs.

- Proficiency in Burmese & basic English if possible.

- Make Pack machine operation with set KPIs, IICI (beetle prevention and execution), EEHS, 5S3R. Technical Efficiencies. Good electrical knowledge, troubleshooting & repairing skills and fluent in circuit diagrams, PLC control systems, wirings and utilizing of electrical repairing tools.
