Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and innovate the curriculums that meet International ELT Standards and Local Values to be competitive in the market.
  • Monitor and evaluate the students’ progress and give constructive feedback to respective responsible Instructors for further developments.
  • Monitor and evaluate the overall Quality of the teaching team and take any relevant actions.
  • Plan engaging, efficient and productive formal and (or) informal pedagogical trainings to meet the needs of all the teachers on a monthly basis.
  • Report the impact and result of the project to the responsible person and provide action plans for further development on a monthly basis.
  • Constantly assess and evaluate teacher’s/ student’s performance and progress, and design customized trainings in order to eliminate inappropriate teaching practices practices and assumptions.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Any Graduate (BA or MA (Eng) Preferable)
  • Certificate or Diploma in ELT is a must. 
  • Proficiency in English (CPE Preferable).
  • Online Teaching Experiences Preferable.
  • Strong Knowledge of IT or Digital Literary.
  • Strong in Conceptual, Inter and Intra Personal Skills.
  • Immense Willingness to work, improve and Learn.
  • Value Integrity, Love challenge and self-motivated.
