Job Purpose

Reporting to respective Manager, the role holder is responsible to handle day to day seller engagement operation activities with effective, timely manner.

As the Engagement Manager, you will set up the seller engagement team collaboration with customer experience team and create strong relationship with Sellers, find initiatives to develop seller experience and compliance. This role will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders in dynamic and agile environments.

  • Daily operation management of Seller Support Center efficiently and resolved issues timely manner
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators to optimise performance of the seller experience
  • Developing and set up seller experience optimization initiatives and building continuous improvement process
  • Implement seller self-help features in creative mindsets
  • Training to the team for product and process updates
  • Execute policies and monitor partners’ compliance to align with business goals
  • Highly developed negotiation skills with a superior ability to effectively communicate and present initiatives and issues to leadership teams.
  • Strong presence with ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
  • Contribute in new improvement projects and accountable to drive the necessary process against with team goals.
  • Passionate, a can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment with result oriented mind-set.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 4+ years related experience required
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and decision making skills with ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative business relationships
  • High working flexibility to drive the team goals
  • Proven ability to negotiate and apply skills to customer engagement
  • Willingness to work in start-up environment
  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce customer needs, Seller success activities
  • Proven leadership skills to the team
  • Ability to think both tactically and strategically moving through both fluidly
  • Fluent English language
