Job Summary

Work directly with Maintenance team and assist to GM in all engineering job functions. Having Knowledge of building networking system, communication system, civil engineering system and understanding of other low voltage technologies including security systems, lighting control systems, power supply system and building operation system including fire protection system, water supply system and waste water treatment system. Coordinate with contractors and supplier related to preventive, corrective maintenance and request for quotation.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure optimum satisfaction for all occupiers of the Facilities.
• Work with the engineering team from Building Management office team to improve the efficiency of equipment, systems and operations.
• Monitor the delivery of all contractor’s services to ensure they meet the agreed delivery time for Maintenance service.
• Check and monitor routine operation work of all Mechanical & Electrical systems.
• Check and follow-up service and repair work from any contractors.
• Follow-up the preventive maintenance program signed to any contractor.
• Conclude monthly system defect and repair work report.
• Generate a standard and method to control maintenance cost with Building Management Office
• Generate a standard and method to save all energy.
• Generate a standard and all mechanical & electrical equipment’s method to record and system defects with generating the incident report to Building Management Office.
• Generate a standard and method to record all mechanical & electrical equipment and system repairs.
• Generate preventive maintenance program, schedule and check-list.
• Generate a standard procedure to evaluate the preventive maintenance program.
• Set technician training if required with approval of Building Management Office.
• Generate a standard procedure to measure and record energy consumption with Building Management Office Maintenance Team.
• Generate a method to use all mechanical equipment and system in full capacity which will reduce energy consumption.
• Conclude and analyze all energy consumption data for future planning with Building Management Office.
• Inspect condition of building structure with structure engineering (contractor)
• Able to follow the safety producer and work with PPE.

• BE (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic / Instrumentation)
• At least 5 year experiences in engineering field
• Good command of English is advantage
• Patient and service-minded
• Strong knowledge for Preventative Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance works.
• Strong leadership is required
• Provide technical support to external and internal tenants
• Resolve the operation problems related to the building equipment and minimize the delays or unexpected cost increase
• Interpret tenants’ requirement, identify and address design parameter and engineering problems and ensure solution are implemented accurately within budget
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team working skills, with an ability to motivate others and communicate to management team

• Good Technical Skills including high level  Mechanical and Electrical engineering
