-Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will work within a team responsible for the translation and editing the content, press releases and other varied internal documents.
-Adaptability and flexibility, as well as the ability to make effective use of all available resources, are key to this role.
-The texts to be translated will be from English into Karen/Burmese, and there is a substantial amount of editing to be done on texts already written in English, Karen, Burmese, Kachin, Shan.
- Localization testing will also account for a significant amount of the workload.

• Living in Myanmar and speak Burmese or Karen fluently.
• For full-time worker and part-time worker can work online or can live in Vietnam and work in Expertrans – Hanoi ,Vietnam office, (we will provide accommodation, flying fees but you will have to confirm to work for the company for at least 2 years)
• BA in literature, translation or equivalent
• 1 year prior experience in translation
• Excellent in English (written/spoken) and very good skills in Burmese or Karen
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; sense of teamwork; responsibilities
• Creative and able to take initiative working independently or within a team
• Able to do precise, accurate work under pressure, and prioritize work load in order to meet varying deadlines
• Excellent office computer skills
• Having third language is an advantage
