Develop policies and procedures as necessary
Train all employees in your health and safety procedures.
Lead “Safety Inspection Team” and conduct frequent safety inspections and checks.
Develop a correct procedure for reporting accidents and enforce it.
Manage emergency procedures (e.g. Fire drills)
Work with managers from different teams and promote health & safety awareness across the company
Give environmental & social related training to suppliers and employees
Deal with foreign investors and be a focal point for audit process
Training will be provided

Any graduate
Excellent speaking and writing skills in English
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, analytical, decision making and leadership skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
