Vanguard offer professional consulting services for business process improvement and automation. Candidate for this role will be responsible for, Interview client and collect business process requirement and map the requirement with business solution and system.
• Lead the planning and implementation of Vanguard client projects
• Conduct Customer Workshops, gather Business Requirements, Solution Design using best practice and industry standards
• Track project deliverables and communicate with client sponsors to deliver on-time and within scope and budget
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Keep all stakeholders updated on progress of project
• Analyse business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide client recommendations
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve defined project outputs
• Provide project management expertise throughout entire project
• Manage to perform SAP B1 configuration
• Manage creation of business blueprints, functional specifications and training materials
• Progress reporting
• Bug fixing and go-live support

Knowledge and Qualifications
• Possess a Degree in Accounting Business or IT
• Confidence and ability to understand Business Process and Accounting Function quickly
Essential Skills
• 3+ years proven experience as a consultant
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• 2+ years of ERP implementation experience is PREFERRED
