• Providing ERP user training and technical support.
• Documenting ERP processes and preparing deployment progress updates.
• Provides two way communications between the customer and the extended project team
• Interacts with clients to determine solution specifications
• Maintain an on-going professional relationship with all assigned clients.
• Perform system configuration, installation, data migration and testing.
• Participate in internal meetings lead weekly status meetings with the client
• Analyze work processes, systems, organizational functions and structures using interviews, data, statistical analysis and techniques to determine where and how to generate measurable benefits
• Prepare, articulate, create and agree on business requirements.
• Prepare functional design documents for customizations as required by the client.
• Coordinates all efforts of ERP implementation methodologies.
• Provides in-depth knowledge of the ERP applications and evaluates the customer require business process against in the Standard Microsoft Business Central ERP/NAV functionality.

- A minimum 2 years of experience as an ERP consultant in a similar industry.
- Ability to deliver knowledge and content to the client in a professional manner.
- Knowledge of Retail, Manufacturing and Warehouse Management System
- Candidate with good Microsoft office skill and able to work pressure.
