  • Any Graduate, B.C.Sc or B Tech (IT) are preferable.
  • Must have Knowledge of ERP systems
  • At least 2 years’ experience in related field.
  • Working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control, and a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
  • Working knowledge of WAN and LAN to address network connectivity issues
  • Knowledge of the following: Monitoring Tools, Network Protocols, TCP/IP, Internet/Browsers, Spreadsheets – Excel, Access, MS Exchange, Word, Outlook, and Project.

Job Requirements

  • Training to new ERP users
  • End user supporting
  • Cooperating with software vendor
  • Preparation and implementation for new opening stores (Roll Out)
  • Documentation for gaps between ERP system and organization operation requirements, to customize in next phase development
  • Checking stores backup and main database backup and schedulers
  • To assess and analyze the problem/issue, to study its impact and to advise on the proper supportive functions that are necessary.
  • To recognize the problem areas, to gather the relevant information, and to conduct a thorough research to diagnose the source or the root cause of the issue.
  • To keep a track record of all the relevant documentation and to make sure effective contribution is made to improvise the operational procedures.
  • To recommend adjustments to meet the end users requirements and assist in determining, maintaining, analyzing, identifying and monitoring the issues related to problem management.
  • Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, e-mail, and in person requests for assistance from users experiencing technical problems.
  • Respond to technical issues as they arise.
  • Record and log frequent users and applications issues to improve users training.
