● Resolve incidents/problem reported by end users in different module of ERP System to facilitate smooth & efficient operation of the business.● Take initiatives and facilitate implementation of new requirements raised by user.● Manage documentation in relation to the issue resolution ,new requirement implementation and routine operation of the ERP system.● Bridging gap between business and technical teams during new requirement, development and implementation.● Testing new changes with business user before migrating to production.● conducting knowledge transfer sessions for business users.

Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field● At least 3 years of work experience in ERP/HRMS/CRM/PM systems within software industry● Ability to grasp new concepts and system functionality swiftly● Excellent written and oral communication skills in English● To have knowledge in system analysis● Should have SQL/PLSQL Knowledge● Possess excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
