  • Be responsible with for estate general requirements.
  • Managing the daily operations of the estate and team members.
  • Supervise the maintenance, landscaping, cleaning and security teams.
  • Managing all administrative tasks like filing legal documents, and preparing invoices.
  • Preparation of weekly, monthly reports and budget plans.

  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in real estate, project management, or similar.
  • Great leadership and project management abilities.
  • Good negotiation skill, communication skill and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in use of computer software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.)
